A Luxury Wellness Retreat by Beauty&Soul Journey

To ensure the highest quality experience for all guests, spaces for this intimate retreat are very limited and carefully reserved in advance. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat price is required to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before the retreat start date.
Accept the remaining balance split into 3–5 payments.

Cancellation by Guest

More than 120 days before retreat start date

Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

90–119 days before retreat start date

50% of the total retreat amount is non-refundable.

Less than 90 days before retreat start date

All payments are non-refundable.

This policy is necessary due to advance commitments made for:

luxury villa accommodation
private chefs
wellness practitioners
transportation
boat experiences
and curated retreat services.

Transferring Your Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest approved by Beauty&Soul Journey up to 30 days before the retreat start date.

Any transfer-related administrative costs may apply.

Travel Insurance (Compulsory)

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests joining the retreat.

Your insurance should cover:

trip cancellation
medical expenses
travel delays
personal belongings
and unforeseen emergencies

Beauty&Soul Journey is not responsible for:

flight cancellations
travel disruptions
illness
weather conditions
or personal circumstances affecting attendance.

Cancellation by Beauty&Soul Journey

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by Beauty&Soul Journey due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be fully refunded.
