Shipping Conditions

1. General Conditions: The following terms and conditions apply to all shipments made by Beauty & Soul Journey  ("we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these shipping conditions.
    

2. Shipping Methods: We utilize several shipping methods, including but not limited to bPost. The choice of carrier will be at the discretion of us. unless otherwise specified by the customer.
    

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Any promotions or discounts on shipping will be applied at the time of purchase.
    

4. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearances, carrier delays, and extreme weather conditions.
    

5. International Shipments: Only Belgian domestic shipping is available.
    

6. Lost or Damaged Goods: If a shipment is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please notify Beauty Soul Journey within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will either replace the damaged goods or refund the purchase price, at its discretion.
    

7. Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We will not be responsible for shipments that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    

8. Returns and Exchanges: For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.
    

9. Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
    

10. Changes to Shipping Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these shipping conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Return Policy

​

1. Beauty & Soul Journey (“We”, “us”, “ our”) accepts returns of our products eligible to return within 14 days of receipt of the Products.
    

2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for any other Product that you were informed at the time of submitting your order that it could not be returned (“Non-returnable Products”)
    

3. If you would like to exchange the same product (different size / different color) or a different Product, please return your Product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like.
    

4. Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered (Skincare products unopened), unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents and protective covers included.
    

5. We will then refund the amount of the order including shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the goods from your home to the shop. 
    

6. Please note that Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return.
